We just had a fantastic experience with Mary Pugh this week and I would strongly recommend her if you need notary services. We urgently needed to get documents done and sent to California, and she came to our house twice (the second time quite late at night!) to accommodate our schedules and complete the transaction on time. She demonstrated a very high level of quality and professionalism, was personable and pleasant to work with, and made the process easy for us. She will be my go-to notary in the future!

Mary promptly reviewed and novated all documents for signatures, was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and got job done which allowed us to successfully close the deals. We hired Mary to do a refinance closing for us. She was very thorough, professional and went the extra mile by accomodating the borrower's need to change the location. She also faxed back funding documents before sending package. We will definately contact her when we have a closing in her area again.

Mary was a lifesaver! We were in a crisis on a property sale in another state. I found her online and called her at 11pm and she called back and we arranged for her to come to my house at 7am the next morning so I could fedex the papers before I went to work. Of course there was an express fee which I found reasonable under the circumstances. Wow. She really saved us.

I was in desperate need of a mobile Notary on a Sunday, no less. I called a few that I found online with no answer. Then I called Mary and she answered right away.

She made herself available immediately and came to meet us. We were shy one witness so we had to postpone till the next day—no problem. She came on time and was very professional, friendly and easy to work with.
