Wonderful experience today, February 20, 2017. She quickly met yat Mercy Hospital to notarize some documents for my mom as she was going into a dangerous procedure. Very happy with her and her professionalism and so very reasonable! Thanks so much. By the way, all went well!!

Erica and Adam have always gone the extra mile to get things done for me. They are upbeat, great to work with and always available. You can send the package to them and never have a moments concern. Two of the best, in the Midwest.

Erica and Adam are wonderful to work with. They are always very accomodating to our clients' needs and to the borrowers' needs for a successful transaction. They both understand the documents backwards and forwards and will call if they have a question. They are laid back and handle any situation that a closing may bring.

We have been using Erica and Adam for about 2 years now. They are always able to the job without any errors. They are very professional and all of our clients have had nothing but good things to say about them. I would highly recommend using them for your notary needs.

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
