Ms. Smythe was on top of my refinance from the beginning. In addition to the specifics of the refi process she was aware of a particularly peculiar sequence of events which could have postponed this event. She stayed in contact right up to the moment of her arrival and her charm and professionalism made the somewhat tedious endeavor enjoyable.

After a weekend away, we planned to return home several hours prior to our closing. Our car, however, had other plans in mind and we were forced to cancel our closing for that day. When our car was repaired quicker than we expected we made it home at the close of the business day. We were able to contact the Title Company and they arranged for Tracee to meet us at our home that night. She proved to be a cheerful, pleasant and efficient person. She caught a mistake on the documents we were to sign and knew who to contact (after business hours) to straighen out the error. We thank her for being so flexible in rearranging her schedule to accommodate us. Overall, a very pleasnt experience.

I have gone through the mortgage closing process in the past, but none was as thorough, comfortable, yet as proffessional as today's meeting with Tracee. She answered all my questions, found solutions for errors I had made and gave me as much time as I needed to go through and understand all the documents.

Friendly, and very knowledgable, Tracee made what can be a very anxiety producing experience very pleasant and relaxing. Thank you Tracee and whomever sent this very nice young lady to help me through this process.

From the get-go Tracee was extremely helpful, patient and professional and that never faltered. We had a doozy of a deal(We've all had them and you know how it goes). I must have sent and re-sent documents multiple times, requested special delivery service for particular locations, then changed my mind. Throughout the whole pre-signing, during and post-signing she remained calm, cool and collected. No heavy sighs of irritation, which is all too common in these chaotic situations. All this and I gave her a very short notice, as well as she had to squeeze me and my crazy requests in before a signing she already had set up. The last thing I'd like to mention is that she kept in contact with me. She replied when i asked her to, she read the whole email and the instructions contained within and she was very flexible. To me, that is very important. She probably saved the deal. Thanks Tracee, you're alright with me.

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
