My experience with Jerry has not been a pleasant one. He initially did not contact my client to confirm appointment with her. The once the signing was completed I asked when he would be returning my documents and he again was rude hung up on me not once but on two separate occasions. Be careful when dealing with him. Now I must find another notary.

Notary's responses:
Good morning client was met on time documents were signed on time signing people were very rude over the phone these people are very difficult to work with they would not be using your service other than they can get away without paying the notaries the reputable ones such as oasis and went worth Play this person would not acknowledge receiving the documents so I could be paid I left one witness signature blank so he would have to confirm it that’s were signed on a cardboard box client was re-treated with all due respect this person is not going to pay me I spent 2 1/2 hours on this job this person did not tell me what the job was prior to doing it he just stated it was just signing documents this is typical of this type of people so they don’t have to pay you he did confirm receiving the docs after he found that I did not witness to one page he was very polite after that you do whatever you want this is not my type of people to work with their deceptive and they do not treat the Notary’s with proper respect he would not of used your service if you could’ve got somebody from assigning service and pay them properly like they should be paid you don’t want this kind of people again from past experience it’s not unusual for you not to call me about it or text me about it he stated yourself you do not do that on that note do whatever you choose and I will continue to be a good person that I am thank you

Mr. Jerry Jarvis as proven himself as one of the most dedicated and enthusiastic business men I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He has a highly charismatic, pleasant and professional demeanor, highly skilled, and I was really impressed in his ability in creating a professional and inviting environment, with warmth, understanding and compassion.

This notary emailed me and said that my greed is sad. How rude! All I asked for was a bid and nothing more!

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
