15560 Westminster Way N, Apt 319 Shoreline, WA 98133

Nathan Bailey is easily one of our favorite go-to notaries for the greater Seattle and Puget sound regions. He is very responsive and an excellent communicator, but above all he is the best-team player I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He continually goes above and beyond to help our clients get their documents signed. He truly understands the demands of the industry, and tackles any challenge with a positive and friendly attitude. Whenever I'm in a tough situation, I know I can trust Nathan Bailey to get things done - and done right!

Nathan is the first line of communication with our clients to schedule appointments, confirm and secure a mutually accepted meeting place before meeting with them personally.   We rely on Nathan's solid experience and knowledge of the notarial laws and ever-changing trends of the mortgage industry.  Nathan is always dependable, personable, patient, and knowledgeable with all the assignments that have been given to him by our company.  He is often commended for his knowledge, promptness and dependability.

This Notary Public did not fill out a simple signature notary form correctly. I have attempted numerous times via phone, He will not respond or answer me so we can correct the situation. This has cost me time, money and frustration. People be warned.

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
