This is in response to the review posted on 1/19/2022. I do not recall every speaking with this woman, but I cannot be certain I didn''t. At the time of her complaint, I was extremely ill and ended up in the hospital on some pretty strong painkillers. I have never before had a complaint on my professionalism and am baffled at such an accusation. I strive to give every contact I have my upmost attention.
