Scheduled a last minute notary appointment on a Sunday. Left a message and she called me back shortly after. She is very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend to others!

Natalie was hired to complete a refinance signing. In the assignment, it required loan documents to be back on 4/23 (the signing took place on 4/19). Documents were not dropped at Fed Ex until 5:22 pm ON 4/23. Further, once received, there were numerous signatures missed, the signer had the borrower complete and sign the patriots act. Title company refused payment due to the number of mistakes and the need to send an additional notary to resolve. Would recommend additional training prior to taking additional signings...

Notary's responses:
The signing was done on 04/19. I knew the docs were due back on 04/23. I didn’t receive fed ex label until 04/22. I took and dropped off package at fedex on 04/22. Not 04/23. I called fedex they said they apologize for the docs not getting sent out. I would not drop docs off at fedex on the same day they were due. I know better than that. In regards to missing signatures. I thoroughly checked the docs. I always do. I would have gladly went back for no fee if she would have told me. I asked Tiffany after finding all of this out not to pay me. I don’t want to get paid for a job when it’s not satisfactory to the person who hired me. I apologized to her of course and we had a conversation about it all. I’ve never had a complaint before and never had docs not be done right on my part. She said if you were to contact me, to have you call her and that she appreciated my professionalism.

She was a pleasure to work with and was able to meet with us locally without an appt😊

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
