From start to finish, Susan was very helpful in explaining and guiding me through the notary process. She is responsive and detail-oriented. Susan was gracious enough to accommodate a last minute rescheduling, as well. Nothing more valuable than working with a notary you can trust and who will put your mind at ease. Thank you for all your help, Susan!

Susan is very accommodating of our schedule; her temperament is conducive to making the signing easier; and she's technically accomplished.

This notary public is extremely courteous, helpful and professional. I had two transactions conducted by Susan, she always arrive on time. Susan is very knowledgeable and patience in helping to answer some of the questions regarding the documents that were notarized.
I would highly recommend Susan.

As I could not be present for a closing in the Midwest, my lender recommended Susan to notarize my closing documents. Susan was prompt, agreed to come to my home which had moving boxes all over, but made me feel completely at ease among the clutter that a long distance move entails. She was so personable, explained everything I was signing and as this was a new experience for me, answered all my questions. I could not have expected anything to be easier than what my experience was with her.

She made me feel like I would love to be her friend ?? Just great making her
acquaintance!

Our bank assigned us Susan as our mobile notary for a home refinance. We had a refreshingly pleasant experience with our signing. She showed up right on time. We had a minor hiccup which Susan cooly handled. Everything was thoroughly explained to us. We were put at ease with her personable nature. It was like having a family friend helping us. Everything was finished quickly. We''ll be calling her next time we need a notary.

We recently refinanced our home in the Reverse Mortgage program. Susan Cheung was appointed as our Notary. The RM mortgage is heavy with paperwork, some of it indecipherable for the average applicant. Susan guided us through the signing process (200+ pages!) with clear explanations throughout and with great patience and good humor. Later, when two issues arose, she made return visits (even on a Sunday) to see us through to a successful completion. Susan is a well-informed thorough professional and we recommend her highly. Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
