Coleen made this refinance mortgage loan so easy for me. I appreciated her willingness to work with my borrowers as it is often difficult when trying to have documents signed when the borrowers are away. Excellent service. Saved us a trip to Reno from Oregon, on very short notice. We emailed the documents to her, she had them signed, notarized them and then recorded them for us. All for a very reasonable cost.

And she emailed us .pdf files of the final documents when it was all done.

Highly recommended.
