We contacted Darlene for an urgent financial matter. She took immediate action to set up a document signing, then when the signing party stood her up, Darlene took the initiative to secure another appointment still within the deadline. Darlene also kept us informed on status by texting. Upon document completion, she forwarded by pdf to us and followed up by mailing the original to us. Her fees are reasonable and we highly recommend her. *****

Darlene is a very professional individual. She arrived at the site of the signing of the various documents early and with a cheerful demeanor. She was very helpful in organizing the signing of the witnesses and the main party. She was informative and made the entire procedure painless. I would recommend Darlene to any one who is need of a notary. She did an outstanding job. Thank you.

We recently had a refinance for our property and Darlene Markowski was the Notary that came to our home for the signing. We were very pleased with the professional services we received from Ms. Markowski. She was pleasant, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable on signing our refinance paperwork. She was able to walk us through and answer any questions.

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
