I needed a deed and other documents signed by a real estate seller client, and they had to be notarized. Circumstances required that I meet with the client in person. The timing of the situation would put that meeting at around midnight on a Friday night. Where do you find a notary available at that time. Well, one call to Anthony Davis was the answer. We made contact around 7:00 p.m., he agreed to meet with us later and told me to call him when we had a location. I met the client in a McDonalds parking lot and Anthony had no problem in coming to this location. He arrived very quickly, was very professional, notarized the needed signatures and made sure we had everything we needed. If you are in a tight situation, or routine course of business, I recommend using Anthony Davis for all of your Notary needs.

Needed legal papers notarized at last minute on a Saturday morning. After a brief phone call to explain our situation Anthony agreed to help us. I texted him the address where we were and he was there in less than 20 minutes. He was very professional very courteous and took care of our needs with no complaint. Positive attitude start to finish. Thank you Anthony.

We are located in California but had a closing in which one of the borrowers is out of state. We struggled to find a notary who could accommodate our somewhat needy demands for this set of loan docs.

We signed two of the borrowers here in our office, but the third is out of state, and we needed a notary who could received the FedEx docs from me, sign the docs, immediately scan them back for funding, and drop them off at FedEx before the overnight cut off.

I''d already booked one notary who balked at having to scan the docs back and wanted to charge $1 per page to scan on top of the notary fee. For a 100+ page set of docs, this unfortunately was not an option for us.

And then I found Anthony here on 123notary. What a dream! Every little picky thing I told him I needed was met with a "yes". He is so kind and professional! I feel like I have bugged him a lot with multiple phone calls and emails, but he answers every single one promptly and kindly! What I really appreciated is that he reviewed the docs after he received them from me and emailed me that he believed we had missed a signature from the two borrowers who had signed in our office, and he just wanted us to be aware. So thorough, detailed, and on point, and I wish every notary I''ve worked with could be like Anthony.

If you do not hire Anthony, you are missing out 5 star service! This review may seem over the top, but this has been a tricky file, and Anthony just made the process so much easier for us and I couldn''t be more thankful for his help!

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
