Bob is very courteous and always willing to go above expected duties. Very punctual and always greets everyone with a smile. His presence is welcoming and his kindness is greatly appreciated. He is time efficient and with the knowledge of our documents it is very helpful to keep our schedule running on time, which is a big plus when we have closings booked back to back.

I have been working with Robert for over a year now. As I close exclusively for a large builder, I use him for 3 of my communities in Fort Collins and Windsor. He is extremely professional, accommodating and helpful. I have nothing but positive things to say about Bob. He has helped me out of several tough situations and has even come to my office in Louisville to help me with closings. No matter what the temperament of my buyers, he is able to work with them to make them feel as comfortable as possible. When one of my buyers has a question that he is unsure of the answer he does not hesitate to reach out to me to get them the correct answer. My closings can be a little tricky since they are live purchases that sometimes require funding conditions and we have worked together to figure out a system so we can get my closings completed and funded. I look forward to continuing to work with Bob!

We were in a panic we needed to sign closing documents before we went out of town. From the time I first called Robert to the time we signed all the documents, he was nothing but accommodating. He made a house call well after business hours. Even printed our documents and mailed them for us the next day.
