I am comfortable with refinances, lines of credit, and reverse mortgages. I've been a notary for about 15 years and have signed 5000+ loans. I am a part-time notary and a real estate broker.

I am always on time, responsible, and reliable! I am very confident in my business and how I do my work. I've been a notary first before I ever became a realtor! In the past, I've been a sky dive instructor! It's not for everyone, but it's been my passion!

Lori Spurgeon is a commissioned California notary public and may notarize documents in any county of California . It is not permitted to use a California notary public seal for mobile notary services outside of the State of California . However, if you find a notary or mobile notary that has a dual notary public commission in a neighboring state, then it would be legal for the notary public to use the commission for the corresponding state. Thank you for using 123notary.com as your source for finding mobile notaries.
