Notary Notes:

For more than five years, I have been loan officer and loan processor for a mortgage company in Fresno. My experience in loan process and attending loan documents signing has given me a thorough knowledge and understanding of both the individual loan documents, as well as the signing process. I understand the importance of completing the notary process with accuracy and professionalism, in a timely manner. Additionally, I realize the importance of discretion while assisting borrowers with the signing process.
My objective as a Certified Notary Signing Agent is to assure that every document is properly and appropriately signed, initialed, dated and notarized; without solicitation, or interjection of opinion as to pricing, program, or terms.

Sam Koomjian is a commissioned California notary public and may notarize documents in any county of California . It is not permitted to use a California notary public seal for mobile notary services outside of the State of California . However, if you find a notary or mobile notary that has a dual notary public commission in a neighboring state, then it would be legal for the notary public to use the commission for the corresponding state. Thank you for using 123notary.com as your source for finding mobile notaries.
