I am very professional and I have been doing closing since 2008. I have a Bachelors Degree from Concord University in West Virginia. I am very meticulous by nature and never had any complication with a closings. I am a retired school teacher, therefore, I have plenty of time to take last minute assignments. I have two laser printers and three computers which includes Mac and Microsoft systems. Also, I have an ipad with printing capablities. I am very out going and enjoy being a Public Notary.

Joan Thoman is a commissioned Florida notary public and may notarize documents in any county of Florida . It is not permitted to use a Florida notary public seal for mobile notary services outside of the State of Florida . However, if you find a notary or mobile notary that has a dual notary public commission in a neighboring state, then it would be legal for the notary public to use the commission for the corresponding state.
