I’m Evelyn A. Denton, Notary Public for the State of Texas, and I want to be the very first person you think of when you need a Certified Mobile Notary Public Signing Agent. I want your business!

You will find that I am well qualified, having passed a thorough background check and having been certified by 123 Notary, the National Notary Association and the American Association of Notaries. I am bonded and carry E & O insurance. I pride myself in being very dependable, punctual and accurate with high moral standards and level of integrity. I am calm natured with a good sense of humor, which, also, is important because those two things always help to ease the borrower’s anxiety and make the closing go much smoother.

My education and other qualifications are as follows: I hold a Bachelor’s of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from the University of Miami in Florida with post graduate classes taken at the University of North Texas in Denton. I have had 27 years’ experience as a Real Estate Broker and Broker Associate in Texas with many, many closings under my belt so I am well versed and familiar with most real estate and loan documents.

The territory that I service includes eighteen counties in the North Central Texas area around the Dallas/Fort Worth/Denton Metroplex. Those counties, listed in alphabetical order, are: Archer, Clay, Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Fannin, Grayson, Hopkins, Hunt, Jack, Kaufman, Montage, Rockwall, Tarrant, Terrell, and Wise. In short, I don’t mind driving up to one ½ or two hours one way if the need arises and, of course, if the job pays well enough. I have several Mapscos and other county maps but never go anywhere without my trusted Garmin GPS and first checking out the address on Mapquest or Google.

My cell phone is with me 24/7 and I will either answer it or return any message left as quickly as I possible can…. usually within minutes because I know your time is valuable, too. The only exception to this is if I am already in the middle of a signing. In that case, it might be an hour or so before you would hear back from me.

The all-in-one printer, fax, scanner and copier that I use is a new Brother MFC-8480DN. It’s a laser with two drawers and prints 32 pages per minute. My computer uses Verizon FIOS for speed in downloading and Microsoft Office, Adobe and PDF Converter (Professional) for reading and printing out the necessary documents. I receive and print out e-docs easily and quickly with no problems so far. I, also, receive faxed documents and overnight packages…. whichever way works best for you. However, if you find a notary or mobile notary that has a dual notary public commission in a neighboring state, then it would be legal for the notary public to use the commission for the corresponding state.
