Notary Notes:

I have closed over 6000 loans since 1998. I worked for Ohio Clear Title for seven years.

I have closed every type of loan possible including Bank Repo's, Trust, Corporate Resolutions, Powers of Attorney and purchases. Member of the National Notary Association.

I always call the customer prior to the closing to confirm the time of the closing and their marital status and explain to them who I am and what I do. After the closing I contact the broker or the title company to let him know everything went okay. I always read the closing instructions and check for final stipulations.

I am a former licensed Realtor.

I have over twenty years experience in the industry.

Joe Young is a commissioned Ohio notary public and may notarize documents in any county of Ohio . It is not permitted to use a Ohio notary public seal for mobile notary services outside of the State of Ohio . However, if you find a notary or mobile notary that has a dual notary public commission in a neighboring state, then it would be legal for the notary public to use the commission for the corresponding state. Thank you for using 123notary.com as your source for finding mobile notaries.
