Notary Notes:

I've been a loan signer since May 2003. I have closed 8100 signings ranging from 1st & 2nd mortgages, reverse mortgages, lender documents, eSignings and many REO's to purchases and builder signings.

I travel to five counties listed in this resume. I also have a laptop and an HP printer installed in my vehicle for last minute jobs and revisions. With the laptop

I can sign e-documents and print the copies when the client cannot accept e-mail copies. My E&O is currently at $50K and I have a current NNA background check. When you need your documents signed today, give me a call to set up an appointment.

Richard F Bonner is a commissioned Ohio notary public and may notarize documents in any county of Ohio . It is not permitted to use a Ohio notary public seal for mobile notary services outside of the State of Ohio . However, if you find a notary or mobile notary that has a dual notary public commission in a neighboring state, then it would be legal for the notary public to use the commission for the corresponding state. Thank you for using 123notary.com as your source for finding mobile notaries.
