Notary Notes:

I do mostly purchase, sale, refi's, deeds, reconveyances, HELOC's.

I have been a commissioned Notary Public since September of 2020. I took a few months off at the beginning of the year due to having my 3rd child. I am a full time Real Estate Agent for RE/MAX Realty Affiliates out of Carson City, NV and have been licensed for nearly 5 years. I am very familiar with the documents used in loan closings/real estate. My goal is to go full time Notary in the very near future. My husband just recently became a Notary Public for the state of NV and we are working on starting our new mobile notary/Loan signing business togher :)

Brooke Brocking is a commissioned Nevada notary public and may notarize documents in any county of Nevada . It is not permitted to use a Nevada notary public seal for mobile notary services outside of the State of Nevada . However, if you find a notary or mobile notary that has a dual notary public commission in a neighboring state, then it would be legal for the notary public to use the commission for the corresponding state. Thank you for using 123notary.com as your source for finding mobile notaries.
