As a former real estate broker and property appraiser, I worked with lenders, title companies, and homeowners in varying capacities since 2002. I understand timeline sensitivity, the cost of errors, and the concerns of lenders, closers, buyers and sellers.

As an NNA certified Notary Signing Agent, I will guide your clients through a calm and successful signing process, at their pace, on time and on target.

Personal Bio
I am enjoy kayaking, fishing, drawing, painting, gardening, and cooking. I love animals and my community. I love living on the southern Oregon Coast!

I can hardly remember a time when I wasn't working in the real estate industry. In my early career as a lithographer, I produced housing magazines for the southern California real estate market. In 2002, I got a real estate broker license. I marketed and sold rural residential mountain properties in central Colorado for fourteen years. In 2015, I began working for the County Assessor as an Ad Valorem Residential Property Appraiser. Now I have translated all of that experience into a service business that helps folks realize their dreams and build their legacy.
