I am a NNA Certified Notary Public and background screened Notary Signing Agent in the State of California, County of San Diego. I am retired from a 26 year legal secretary career which focused heavily on real estate and estate law which instilled in me the working knowledge of documents utilized in loan signing and estate planning.

In addition to all manner of general notary work, I have successfully closed 700+ loans including refis, VA loans, reverse mortgages, HELOCs, modifications, purchases, and seller packages. I am Fidelity and Chicago Title approved.

Baker Mobile Notary will accommodate notarial signings anywhere in San Diego and Imperial counties. Please know that as a Navy spouse, I have access to our military bases and would be pleased to accommodate signings for our active, reserve, retired military and civilian government contractors at their convenience.

It is not permitted to use a California notary public seal for mobile notary services outside of the State of California . However, if you find a notary or mobile notary that has a dual notary public commission in a neighboring state, then it would be legal for the notary public to use the commission for the corresponding state.
