You may not realize it at the time, but we are building a relationship. It is the same at tax season for me and preparing tax returns, only I am traveling to you now. It is not permitted to use a Pennsylvania notary public seal for mobile notary services outside of the State of Pennsylvania . However, if you find a notary or mobile notary that has a dual notary public commission in a neighboring state, then it would be legal for the notary public to use the commission for the corresponding state.
