As a notary I know to never express personal opinion or explain loan terms. That being said, a signing agent must be very familiar with loan documents. I can accurately explain what a document is and quickly direct the signers where to find the information they are looking for. In other words, I answer all "where can I find" or "what is this document" questions but direct any "why" questions dealing with loan terms, etc. to the party that hired me.

I provide mobile signing services for standard and electronic documents.
