Notary Notes:

I am a proficient full-time mobile notary/signing agent for the Houston Metroplex and serve title companies, signing companies, attorneys, and the general public. I have been in the profession since February, 2003, and fully understand the sometimes complex nature of ensuring an accurate and pleasurable experience for my signers and clients.

My loan signing experience includes Texas cash-out loans, HELOCs, purchase and sell transactions, reverse mortgages, refinances, property tax loans, and auto purchase transactions. Esigns: Pavaso Certified and experienced with esignroom.

I am an advance degreed professional with a human resources management background and excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.

I keep current with background checks and the NNA Signing Agent certification. I am bonded and insured with the maximum amount available to Texas notaries.

I look forward to serving you!

Kim Kelley is a commissioned Texas notary public and may notarize documents in any county of Texas . It is not permitted to use a Texas notary public seal for mobile notary services outside of the State of Texas . However, if you find a notary or mobile notary that has a dual notary public commission in a neighboring state, then it would be legal for the notary public to use the commission for the corresponding state. Thank you for using 123notary.com as your source for finding mobile notaries.
