Notary's Notes

I've been a notary for over twenty years and have notarized over 18,500 documents to date. My background as an Escrow Officer with Fidelity National Title and Stewart Title has provided me the knowledge and experience needed to make sure that your documents are signed correctly the first time.

I have extensive experience with:

1031, Auto Sales, Business, Commercial, Construction, Foreclosures, Manufactured Homes, Modifications, Purchases, Refinances, REO, SBA, Time Shares, USDA, and more.

I no longer do Reverse Mortgages.

I also notarize individual documents with the most common being Power of Attorney's, Trust documents, Medical Directives, Personal and Business documents, Grant and Quit Claim Deeds, Liens, Judgments and more.

I'm a proud member of the NNA, Notary Rotary and the American Association of Notaries.

I'm available on your schedule and will travel throughout San Diego County, I will meet with you at a location that is convenient for you such as your home, office, local coffee shop, hospital, nursing home or even the hood of the car!

Signing companies have become a quick, easy way to find a notary - less hassle for you and they take on more of the burden. But, on the downside, you don't know who's being sent to take care of your customer. What if he/she is a newbie who took an online class and now thinks they're an expert? What if that person has a dry personality and leaves the signers with a poor image of you and your company? Mainly, I want you to take a moment and think about the benefits of my 20+ years of experience and knowledge. It makes more sense to call me first. Oh, and don't forget, when you hire a signing service they'll call a random notary hoping that person will conduct the signing professionally and to investor standards. I always put my clients best interests first, enabling you to feel confident knowing that the documents have been accurately notarized. My rates are competitive to signing services but I give that personal touch.

When it's time to sign your important documents make sure you call someone that has the experience and knowledge needed to ensure it's done right the first time. I look forward to working with you and your team!
