I went from being a messenger to being a Vice President. I managed commercial accounts. I've done both consumer and commercial loans. I've processed payments on loans and basically grew up in the industry. Due to my experience I am able to help people through any type of obstacle in the signing process and walk people through the numbers and how it all balances out so they don't think they are being taken advantage of. I am also very personable, and play with the kids, dogs, (gold fish --when applicable), and cats (but without getting on the floor). I try to show some sensitivity to everybody at the signing.
