Quitclaims, and transfers of deeds. I have done some vehicle sales. I carry a 1M general Liability Ins, plus the state required 25K Merchants Bond I have carried a higher E&O ins in the past and found it unnecessary for most jobs. I had a Background check done when I applied for my notary in 2019 and again with the NNA in 2021
