I have been a Notary Public for twelve years and in 2020 I decided to add Signing Agent to my menu of services. I have been a LSA for over two years and have completed more than 1,000 signings during that time, consisting of Refi's (first and second), HELOC, loan applications, split signings, buyer side and seller side both in and out of real estate offices. I have also done Pavaso and Simplifile signings. My background is in finance and I have worked for over twenty years in the role of assistant to Financial Planners. This work is very detailed and accuracy is a must as you are dealing with people's money. I have always enjoyed working with the public and am very patient, and do not rush my signers.
