I used to practice real estate, bankruptcy, estate planning and tax law. I currently work for a local title company as a subcontractor full time doing mobile settlements. I am gone most of the day and looking to fill gaps during my day. I am available for notary settlement services at your offices, or at a location of your choice. I often settle at a clients home, Regus offices, Starbucks, Panera, realtor or mortgage offices, etc. I am a Notary in both Virginia (also Electronic) and Maryland. I have done well in excess of 6,500 real estate loan closing settlements. Seller sides ($150), Refi's ($175), Buyer Sides ($175). Fees do not include out of pocket expenses, such as postage, fax or fax back, scanner fees, copies, overnight, printing costs or similar expenses or fees. If packages are sent on the same day as a signing, and I need to print at a FedEx or Staples, or if you need same day Fax Back and deposit of documents into the mail/overnight carrier, the related expenses shall be borne by you, and said expenses are not included in my fee.
