I'm able to receive documents electronically and overnight. I also have the capability of scanning documents back if requested. 

I also have four dual tray high speed laser printers capable of printing the documents according size (letter and legal). Also I have a secure email address (jonathan@guerreromobilesigningsllc. com) that will encrypt and protect any email being received or sent out (please use this email when send documents using this method). I also have a standard email that can be used for general communication and confirmations (guerreromobilesignings@gmail. com).

For the general public with general notary work (car titles, school documents, etc.) Hours Monday-Saturday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm Please call to schedule an appointment. 
General Public Notary Rates is $10.00 per notarized signature and $1.34 a mile one way. Travel must be prepaid prior to the appointment. 

I¢m not a licensed attorney therefore I cannot advise you one which certificate you need to complete the notarization or how to create, prepare, or complete any documents. 

NC Vehicle titles requires the seller to sign in front of the notary with valid ID and the buyers must fill out the buyer sections prior to the title being notarized.
