Read my post under the topic "Signing Services in 123 Notary" it addresses exactly these issues....I'm a Notary Signing Agent and act as a Signing Service when my clients have need of that service...I feel those SS's out there that only offer $50 for a signing are despicable and should be avoided if possible. What's worse is those who hire these NSA's truly will get what they pay for. I mean: when you pay $50 for a signer you get a signer worth $50.....

Since we know the repeat offenders that do not pay......who knows which companies that do pay? What is a reasonable amount of time to receive payment? Waiting over 6 weeks is ridiculous as these loans fund on the 4 th day so title /signing company has their money pretty darn fast. And....if there was a problem with your signing believe the signing co would be calling you 24/7. I have been a signing agent for a while. I would go back to the lender and complain. We just need to expose where the problem is ( who is holding up the money).

Also, I agree with higher fees( more than $50!) and stick to it.Why knock your self out with two hours notice, e-docs and travel for $50 you may or may not receive.

Opinions anyone???
