Update: When their own Platform's low fees fail to interest anyone, they turn to SnapDocs with still low fees. We can learn from this!

They were a decent-paying Title co. a decade ago, then moved to SnapDocs and got really low-paying. Now they have their own SD-like platform and still cheap with too many hoops to jump thru in completing a signing and they want whole package scanback on every signing. They claim to work with 50-60 'top Lenders', yet, when asked about pkg. size, they 'don't know' (really?), but I've found them to be large.
Not saying they are a bad co, just proceed with an abundance of caution, know your value, know your costs, know what's being asked of you BEFORE you agree to the offered (considerably lower than a decade ago) fee.
If you don't value your time and experience, nobody else will. |
