I heard that California will not be the only state. But, how can there be a 3rd gender. The God I believe in (and swear to when taking an Oath as opposed to an Affirmation) created two genders, plus a fair amount of confused people.

I understand that some people feel more like a man than a woman, and we all have our effeminate moments too. I personally feel more like a cat than anything else irrespective of gender, the type that naps a lot and scratches people.

The point is that when you are born, you are born into a gender. If you want to live as a man, while being a woman, that is different from being an ambiguous gender. But, 95% of American women already live as men and wear the pants in the family. It has been like this for decades.

And if you are a man who wants to live as a woman, does that mean you are the one who does the dishes and plants the petunias? What does it all mean and how do we define gender standards in a society that thinks gender standards are inherently "sexist."

The politically correct movement engendered a gender free society. The only thing that dictates our gender are our chromosomes, biology and anatomy. Other than that, I think both genders act pretty much the same. Guys might handle combat situations and lift heavy weights better than most women, but that is the only main difference.

My only question is, will there be a 3rd bathroom in all public buildings for this 3rd gender, and can I use it if the other bathrooms have a line?
