Text assignments are frustrating, particularly when you are driving and hear the bell. In my area they don't last long - by the time I manage to pull over and log in, another notary has it. What part of "mobile" don't signing companies understand? That said, it's the latest in cost-saving attempts for SCs. The only way to make it stop is for notaries to stop answering.

That all said, I like FASS. System is complex, yes, but they are clear with their expectations, they will pay extra for extras (even after you've accepted a text offer), and the weekly direct deposit is very nice.

Thanks for your reply Jose: They finally got the "gateway" to Cricket Wireless took all of 2 darn months and I lost a lot of business. Only this is the password for the website does not open the password on my phone for them and so I'm still not getting any work. Just unbelievable that this major company is so behind the 8 ball in everything technologically speaking. Even their text messaging for the orders is so complicated that I'll have to pull over just to get in (whenever that is} I left so many unreturned messages and emails. Poor notary service. They are labor intensive in every one of their notary procedures so unlike Quicken and other lenders...ya just click and your in...not FASS ..just ridiculous.

Cricket is the knock off of AT&T. Or at least run using their network just like Virgin Mobile & Boost Mobile with Sprint. Page plus cellular with Verizon or MetroPCS with T-Mobile. So if you have a knock off carrier brand that does not show up you should be able to pick the brand name. If they are using email to SMS that's a different story.

This company is the most difficult to work with and unfortunately they are one of the biggest. Their system is always going down. They said we would get text messages and stop those calls asking us to go 80 miles for $75.00 or $35 if it's a loan mod and it isn't running and Cricket Wireless isn't on the list? They put so many restrictions on the notary and then when you call either at the table or for a question yourself..they NEVER call you back. They just can't get it together.
