Just accepted a signing from them. They met my 100$ edoc fee, and the location is only a couple of miles from my home. However, THE HANDHOLDING IS KILLING ME! I have received so many calls and emails asking if I've spoken with the borrower (I've told them I left several messages and will contact then when we confirm) This closing is 9 days from now. They have sent documents twice, revising each time, and then asked if I have printed yet! Hopefully they'll pay timely and let me do my job.

Their fees are ridiculous now. Have you seen their new agreement that you have to agree to if you want to log into their website? Base fee was $50 for a loan and a mandatory, no exceptions, if the borrowers cancel at the table, Notary Direct will only pay $30.

Forget that. I just logged out. I stopped working with them when one of their schedulers insisted that I didn't deserve my full regular fee because the borrowers were within a mile of my location.

This company is very cheap!!! They pay $75.00 and that includes faxing. I told them I wasn't advised when I took the order and requested an additional fee. They are below market in their fees and I only take their orders if I am only driving within 10 miles. Not worth my time otherwise.
