I was called by a Field Choice Rep yesterday and first he said I have a Closing scheduled for Carbondale. I said ok, can you give me an address. He hesitated and then he said well its right there in Carbondale, and I said I need an address first. Carbondale is only 2 miles wide, so I need the address to determine if it is or not. He again mumbled and said well its right on Hiway 133? Ok That still doesn't tell me where it is? So then he stated the Address and he said do you know where 1850 Hiway 133 is and I said yes that is my address. So your saying that the address of the Borrower is 1850 Hiway 133 and he said yes and I said. It can't that is my address, then he said, oh its on Paseo Drive. I said I know where Paseo Drive is but its not in CArbondale. Well do you go there. I said, I am not too sure right now, because we have had a lot of snow this week, and it depends if its right on Paseo Drive or if its way off Paseo Drive and the last time I was up there it wasn't paved all the way. After talking to this person I decided, I don't think so, I do have a 4 wheel drive, but I don't think I want to take this Closing when the Rep is so mixed up and doesn't even know what he is talking about. So I didn't take it. Probably would have gotten stuck up there this time of year anyhow.
