Okay..I take that back..I have 3 in my spam from yesterday

1. Came in at 1:41pm yesterday for last night at 7:00 - LARGE package (200+ pages) = location is 118 miles one way - $85.00

2. Came in at 2:49pm for next Wednesday - location is 45 miles from me - again LARGE package - $85.00 (this one came in twice.)

They go straight to my spam folder; I've asked them to remove me several times and I still get notifications.

The most recent insult was a Seller side only signing, only 10-15 documents...$50 = what they failed to realize is the closing was over 75 miles from me.

They really need to do something about shrinking that blast email circle...

Another LOW BALL company on the block. Twice today I've gotten e mail solicitations for signings today. Late calls of course. They want you to do a VA closing, about 200 pages and because it is a "large package" they are willing to pay $85.00!
I called and asked if they were serious. Are there really notaries that will work and loose money? These companies think so.
I told them that I don't have a "not for profit" certification"
Wake up people, it costs you a lot more than that to do this.
If you are not trying to make a living continue to accept these fee's.
It's about time you all realize how much it hurts the rest of us who are professional.
