Sorry Lee I got a call and had to leave before I got to the instructions part. It's so easy. Just make 2 copies of the loan and hand one to the signers. (note) Try to sit as far away from the signers as you are comfortable with. You keep the other copy in front of you. Reading off your copy tell the borrower where to sign each page and have them stack them face up. As you work, you stack your pages face down. When you get through with the last page, trade stacks with the signers. Then notarize as you check for mistakes while restacking the signed documents. When you're done say goodbye.

Developed by me (the LOL ewing technique) practiced and proven by me in the field. This loan signing technique will make you faster, error free, an not afraid of large loan packages. All in all a revelation in how this job gets done. Developed with the help of my psychologist daughter it literally uses common sense in it's most basic form. Just look up at a picture of a loan signer in suit and tie at the top of this page handing each doc to the signer. Then picture yourself instead sitting directly across the table and never touching a single signers document again. Yes it's that different.

Resources
The notary public resource page is valuable as it has links to all of the free information pages for notaries. Pages linked to the resource page include a page that teaches you everything you need to know to get the most out of your listing. Another page teaches you all the secrets of getting paid.
