For a while they had some payment issues but that was a year ago and not only have they caught up with all past dues I had but I have worked with them since and paid promptly. Easy to work with and they do not "babysit" you.

I just did a signing for this company and was paid in exactly 30 days. Maybe they are under new ownership? The owner now is Michelle Williams and one of her employees is Onesimus. You oouldn't ask for a nicer guy. I was extremely upset because to close out my order it had to be mailed USPS with a tracking number which cost ME $6.65. Not alot but still....Spoke to Onesimus who had no trouble at all reimbursing me for the $6.65. I would work for them in a minute! Don't be afraid to work for this company.

Thanks for your posting-I received a call yesterday from the Signing Agents, took the assignment, then went into the 123 forum, and noticed, that they don't pay there bills. I call them up and cancelled the assignment, I mentioned the reason, that they have a bad record of not paying notaries, they responded and said that the company was under new management, and that they were slowly paying there notary's, I said if you haven't paid one of you notary's since August which is over 6 months, that would mean I wouldn't get paid to 7 months or more. They accepted my cancellation politely

On 9.3.2015, I accepted a signing from them. Fee was $59. Never paid despite numerous calls and emails. They promised check was in the mail weeks ago. I called the company that hired them and they said they would no longer use their service. I am filing a complaint with Fidelity National Title and with the Maryland State Insurance Commission. BEWARE THIS COMPANY!

I accepted an assignment in August 2015. I am still waiting for payment. Onesimus initially communicated, but once it was determined it was sent to the wrong address, seems reluctant to re-issue. Not responding to emails.

Yes. On March 16, 2015 I accepted an assignment from them, and to this date I have not been paid. Onesimus at that company is very, very pleasant and he is looking into this long payment delay.
