I've worked for Service Link for years and they are one of my favorite companies to work for. Yes they have different types of closings and you have to invoice each differently but I've never had a problem with any of these now working. They always pay like clock work. I don't like the fact that they reduced the print fee expecially since they don't pay for fax backs but the volume makes up for it.

This company is messed up when it comes to try and invoice them. Easy to status them on the signing...impossible to invoice. I wonder if it is done on purpose. I have several emails each telling me a different way to invoice. I also have their Excel spreadsheet invoices (all different), which I can't download so they have to email me them in a format I can actually use. There are 3 divisions (I think) within Service Link and they each invoice differently. Every time I use my (new) password it does not work so I spend 20 minutes on the phone with their tech people getting a new password issued over and over with each new signing. Again done on purpose? I can no longer afford to work for this company until they get their act together. Too time consuming! I spend more time trying to invoice them then I do at the actual signing.

What on earth is going on? When LSI was in existence it was wonderful to work for, payment was a simple process. Even though I have had closings under ServiceLink, at a reduced fee of course. It seems every other week there is a new requirement. I now have 3 vendor numbers like everyone else I guess. I had to resubmit 2 new notary sigh up packages with information that had already been submitted to them. I am so confused. Just Venting guys
