I am not impressed with the time frame they take to pay. Very slow to pay. It is going on 7 weeks and still no payment!

You may want to watch out for re-signing appointments. I took a re-sign for limited documents. (1-5) for $50.00 in August. I still am waiting to be paid. I have had to turn down new orders because of it. I did one for another company the same month and they owe me as well. They may not want to pay since the extra fees for re-signing don't come out of the borrower's charges.

They tried to tell me LD docs are not 175pages+ - usually close to 200 pages. wanted to pay me $70 for Edocs. And then laughed at me when I tried to argue about how many pages they actually are and treated me like I had no right to want at least $125. This company is ridiculous.

$85 for "local"? Did you mean walking distance on the same street you live? LD dox @ 135+ pages not worth anything less than $XXX.

Yet again I did a job for PacDocs.. They booked me 2 days out for a Loan Depot close, keep calling about the docs, had requested that they call LD, they stated that were not allowed to call, email only. Got the docs 1 hour before the appointmnet, of course I was late, the client was not happy, when I told PacDoc, they could have cared less, they got there $225.00 notary fee, and paid me $85.00 for a local. They are a lowball company and slow pay...
Expect very little support and a reasonable fee...
