$70 is the amount they pay. They work mostly with Guaranteed Rate. They have high volume but very large packages and last minute documents that usually change just before the appointment. Sometimes while at the appointment you will get a call that they have new documents. I have only worked for them once as they were in a pinch and needed someone ASAP and it was around the corner, but a few of the notaries in my area have worked with them and their biggest complaint is last minute documents and low pay.

I have done a few loan signings for Title Helpers. This is a great company to work for. They pay on time, the checks are good. Fatima Perez is very easy to work with. LOVE THEM!
