I've done one closing for them. Met my fee and was very generous with an additional fee when docs had to be reprinted because of revisions. I received payment within two weeks.

hahaha -- I'm laughing...clever!! I hope to keep laughing as Horizon Closings called me today 4/3/15. The first clue I got when Margaret told me "He doesn't know how many pages are in the package." I knew it was going to be a larger than normal refi. I added $20 additional for a total of 300 pages. I'm waiting to hear from them with an updated confirmation.

becmiller...how did it work out for you with Horizon Closings?

Has anyone worked for Horizon Closings in Sacramento, CA. It is unique in that it is the only signing company where the closer you move towards it -- it continues being the same distance from you.
