I am still waiting for payment from a closing I did on December 30, 2015, I would not recommend working for this company.

They are sending out offers on text message through Snap Docs. I took one the last week in December and was paid the first week of February. Fee was acceptable. I will do more unless I have a problem with them

Do not work for this company you'll end up chasing down payment. I ended up calling title and they put a little heat under them. I finally received payment (via FedEx) on July 11th; closing date May 22nd.

Trick of the trade: if a third party calls you to do a closing ask who the title company is in the beginning of the conversation (If you're not already registered with the various title companies, I suggest that you make that step) once you find out, cut the conversation and call the title company and arrange the closing. Once you establish a relationship with the title companies you can by pass the "third party" companies and work directly for title. They usually will pay your price as they won't be cutting a check to the 3rd party middleman.
