So I just went and checked out their website, found the outstanding job in their Status of: Billing Appt complete, To Invoice, next status is: Billing Invoice, awaiting payment, nothing in that category shows up, nor under Closed, paid, but under all billing: the job I was not paid for from Feb 26 is there and guess what, another job from April of 2013, that I apparently never got paid for, as it is not showing paid either. On the page that has both of these jobs listed under my account, it also shows who the contact person is for title company, the one from 2013 is United Lender Services, the most current one is, wait for it, Premier Title Company, so assuming they are all connected, but regardless I sent a letter the Premier Title Company explaining my issue, so will let you know if I get a reply, in the mean time, I need to research the other job that are showing open on my profile from 2013.

Do not work for Premier Signing Services, they do not pay. They do not answer their phone and they do not reply to emails. Shut this place down.

Deadbeats...repeated requests for payment...had no choice but to call the title company and report them....you should all do the same. Find out who is in charge of vendors and report their..... Am thinking of report to LLC section of Secretary of State of Ohio. They get paid for our work and then think they have the right to keep it? NO WAY

This is the very company that wants you to sign up to be listed on their database/website. A complete waste of money. Obviously they have already spent your fees for the signing you performed and they have no money to pay you. They are hoping some suckers sign up on their website and get some working capital to keep the lights on.

I keep sending them to spam, but they keep coming back, over and over and over. Thanks, but no thanks.

I have done closing with this company for some time now, Although I don't hear from them very often anymore don't know why and I am also waiting on a payment from a closing I did on Oct 7th. I have sent e mails and left voice mails no response. I will be calling again on Mon 19th and if nothing will be issuing a Non-payment letter cc with my attorney name on it. that usually works to get payment.

Have two closings from October that I have not been paid for. Sent numerous emails, numerous phone calls, and have not received one response. Has anyone else encountered problems?

I received a call from Premier Signing Services to do a closing a couple of weeks ago. It was the first time I have worked with them. My usual mode of operation is to accept the order, then I do a forum search. I certainly didn't like what I was reading. It seemed about 50/50 as to the experiences that other Signing Agents have had with them. I called them back and told them what I had found out about their business practices so I would have to decline or be paid with Paypal. The scheduler wasn't overly pleased, but agreed to prepay. Apparently he was very much aware of his company reputation since he didn't deny it at all.

Perhaps he had no choice to agree to my terms due to other notaries in the area not available or perhaps my fellow Signing Agents had problems arise with them and wouldn't accept the assignment. I hope these companies will eventually learn that their reputations follow them around for many years.
