More. Their award is because they are now making sure that notaries require personal appearance,'creating an unprecedented program that underscores the importance of consumer protection'. REALLY? (Isn't this what notarizing has always been about?, and have acceptable ID, keep a journal, pass best practices course, scrutinize their notaries commissions (are there notaries out there who just make up stamps ?). Now I thought all the above were things that most notaries have been doing for years. Did they forget about the word 'robo-signing' and that documents are still lost. Well you would think that it was the notaries who caused a world wide economic crisis but now Chase is going to crack down on them all them bad notaries all- of a sudden 'placing value on the Notaries Public' and how Chase 'struggled through the crisis years to meet the increasing and urgent needs of homeowners'- according to the 800 homeowners I've met with every year, most of Chase customers told me that Chase was non -responsive to their needs especially when it comes to modifications. And they are still without impunity. Now they want to be your financial advisor after all that mess-the only ones who won were the big wheels who got big bonuses on our backs. I don't think they could run a crack house and I wouldn't trust them.
Do you see the psychosis in all of this?

did anyone see that lately? Now they are a 'private bank' (woo-woo!) I had someone tell me they wouldn't do a loan with them unless they make Chase their financial advisor. What? Just a few short years ago, didn't they have a little something to do with throwing the world into a financial crisis? More psychotic business modeling. I don't get it, call me crazy.
