Sorry about the technical problems with the test. We often have to send out second passwords.

We offer free listings to those who passed our certification test. Just email your info to info@123notary.com including your contact info, hours of operation, counties, and two paragraphs of notes about your service.

Congratulations on passing!

I was given a new password to login to the eTest. I was able to successfully log in, take the test, and complete the test.

Do I need to purchase a listing in order for the certification icon to show up? I can preview the live listing, but it does not display an icon. It might be because I don't have a live listing subscription right now (I'd rather wait on buying one until I'm ready to handle the increase in business first if I can). I picked the $119 eCourse/eTest combo, but I don't think it included a listing with it.

Who am I supposed to email about this, or which email link from the email form do I use? I'm ready to take the test.

The login for the eTest is broken. I used my login information from the payment confirmation email for the eTest, but it says the login information is invalid.

I tried to reset my password by clicking the "eTest Password Retrieval" link, but it results in this error: "Error: Your password was not sent, please try again later. The error was: The system cannot find the path specified."

Tips for using the forum
The most important feature on the forum is the search box. You can look up a particular word, phrase, name of a company, and see a potentially large list of search results with which you can obtain data. Filters are also valuable. If you want to find popular posts, you can use the number of views filter. You can also see whats new with the active topics link. Email us at info@123notary.com if you need any help using the notary forum.

Resources
The notary public resource page is valuable as it has links to all of the free information pages for notaries. Pages linked to the resource page include a page that teaches you everything you need to know to get the most out of your listing. Another page teaches you all the secrets of getting paid. There is a link to our free list of signing companies. There is also a glossary, learning tools, and much more. If you are a notary, the free tips we give are invaluable.

Popular pages
If you visit 123notary.com often, you might want to visit some of our most popular pages such as the California notary, Texas notary, Florida notary, and New York notary pages to browse the site.
