I have worked for the firm's R.I. office and find them professional and friendly. The office is experiencing problems with their encryption services (LockLizard and Baracuda), but hopes to get the "glitch" fixed. Pay is decent, and on-time, too.

I did a signing for them on 3/26/14. I got an email saying invoice not received. I resubmitted it on 4/1 and had contact via email with two people, one lady said she would check with accounting and get back to me on 4/15, still nothing. I called and left voice mails and no return call. So I looked up their website and called the corporate office and ask to speak to someone in accounting. Meliza checked the files and said my check was cut on 4/29/15, so I will wait a few more days for mail and pray it comes as promised.

Be careful of Liberty Title, I been trying to collect on a signing I did for them on 10-12-13 and no one is getting back with me I have written them several times. That is why I will not take any signings from someone that I have not done business with before.

I am doing a purchase closing directly for them (Liberty Title and Escrow) now and not through a crappy signing agency.

They are paying 200.00 and I am filing the docs at the local courthouse. Its very local which is why I am doing it on the low.

I will update as to the time frame on payment, package ect...

It would be nice for all agents to list their paid fees so we know when we are getting low balled. No one should be doing signings for 75.00 it hurts us all.
