Just did one for them, freaking UNPROFESSIONAL...I was suppose to guess that they wanted 2 TIL and 8 RTC back...really?
Threaten not to pay me...Pretty sure the AG wont appreciate that, because they received everything they needed to close the package. Hello if you need the extra TIL or all the RTC back say so in advance.
They have an after hrs line that they even monitor, goodness and it was an owner.

A few years back I did a Chase signing for them with a difficult borrower. The PDF file they sent over was corrupted and I was blamed for not sending back a signed signature affidavit. Unbeknownst to me, the first few documents were not able to be viewed-hence the missing document was never printed.

I explained this to Cosmopolitan and they agreed it was their fault the page could not be viewed or downloaded. But later on they reneged and made me go out to have it signed at my own expense with the already unpleasant borrower. I definitely will not work with them ever again.

Since then, (for my own protection) I've learned to set my printer to All Page Range or call the title company if the file is defective and starts in a bizarre place such as page 27 instead of page 1.
