I agree with Linda, I am not paying any company any percent of my fee to collect etc which I do on my own.

I join in with saskianotary. I LOVE SKYSAIL. 3% is worth it to be paid IMMEDIATELY!! and not wait 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks, 5 weeks, 6 weeks get the point. Brent does all your follow up on billing. Skysail in turn covers you E&O insurance at $1 MILLION (not that I expect to have to use it but it's there if I need it). Website keeps track of ALL your signing in one place accessible by mobile. That leaves me to do what I do best: CLOSE LOANS!!
BRENT IS AWESOME!! Thanks for this wonderful service.

I LOVE SKYSAIL!!!

I've have had ZERO problems getting paid every week via direct deposit. I'm based in Palo Alto, where average home prices are $2+ MIL (source Zillow). So it's a huge benefit to have $1 MIL E&O.

My clients get 30 days net to pay their invoice which takes the pressure off of them. Entering new job orders is a breeze because almost all the vendors I work with are already in their system.

They've been responsive to any technical issues I've reported which were generally due to their being a start up and working out the kinks in the system.

I just received a notary application and after reviewing the supporting documentation, I came across the Skysail Grp E/O Policy.
RED FLAG...

I will not be able to use this notary due to the W9 & E/O documents provided do not reflect the notary name. Why would anyone pay a percentage of their earnings to such a company?

As a signing agency, we will NOT Accept applications that include Skysail Grp.

Thanks for the input. I just get so sick of waiting to get paid. It's discouraging.

Has anyone heard of this company? I got an email from them and they say when you sign up with them they will pay you every Wednesday for the previous weeks work. You send them the invoice and they take 3%. They are fairly new and out of Florida. I checked with the BBB and although they are not accredited, they have a B rating. No complaints. I'm tempted.........
